Out-Of-Network Benefits
All visits are billed out to out-of-network deductible/OOP with the same rate as in-network. You will receive EOB’s similar to the way you would with in-network care, the only difference being that out-of-network deductibles/OOP may be generally higher in cost. This is usually because out-of-network insurance companies do not have a pre-negotiated rate with our providers.
Payment Options
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and personal checks. We also accept cards for Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA).
Important: If you have an HRA please let the office know immediately.
Card-on-File
We encourage patients to keep a credit card on file to make the check-in process easier, faster, and more efficient. Your credit card information will always be fully protected, as required by industry standards (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard – PCI-DSS).
We can always provide itemized receipts to take to your insurance for reimbursement.
Self-Pay (Same for New and Current Patients)
$140 – Hour Appointments
$75 – ½ Hour Appointments
